Joshua Tree Engagement Session: Jody and Remington

Hi friend! I am so excited to share this Joshua Tree Engagement session with you!

Life has been chaotic. With all the moving, traveling, and all the in between- I have seriously dropped the freaking biscuits when it comes to blogging!

But don’t fret, friend…ya girl is BACK + better than ever!

If you didn’t know, at the end of June, I had the chance to travel to California for 2 couples sessions + 2 elopements… it was out of this freaking world, and I thought… what better way to hop back into blogging than with this incredible Joshua Tree National Park engagement session!

When we asked Jody what she wanted to remember and feel when she looked at her images, her answer was chilling in the best way: warmth. steadfastness. oneness.

Jody and Remington are highschool sweethearts, have been married for 5 years, and are madly in love. And hot DANG, is it evident in these photos!!!

This session at Joshua Tree was full of romance, laughter, and a whole lot of kisses. You could just tell that the way that Remington held Jody in his arms made her feel so safe + known.

I am obsessed with these pictures, but more than that… I’m just obsessed with these two’s hearts for one another!

I wasn’t joking when I said that these two are in freaking LOVE! The spunk, the energy, the intimacy! It all came together so perfectly to tell their beautiful story!

Joshua Tree is definitely a different scene than my normal Louisville engagement sessions, but let this be your sign to BOOK THE FLIGHT! Do an adventure session somewhere freaking FUN!

I was so honored to fly out to California for these beautiful humans and hot dang, I am just obsessed with every single freaking image!!!!

xo,

Maggie
