About a month and a half late, but I’m finally getting around to posting Courtney and Brad’s summer engagement session. Brad and Courtney were absolute troopers in the Kentucky summer heat (and planning our session smack dab in the middle of dinner time lol!). But the summer heat didn’t stop the session from being absolutely MAGICAL.

Fun fact: I actually met my girl Courtney a few years ago when I found her on TikTok. Not too long after finding her, I hired her to be my personal trainer, and now over 3 years later… we have come full circle. I get to be her WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER. AHHHH.

I first met Courtney and Brad together right when I moved to Louisville and joined their crossfit gym. Since then, I have had the absolute honor of taking so many branding photos for Courtney, and now I get to take their engagement photos?! What a DREAM.

We started this beautiful (and hot) summer engagement session down by the Ohio River and the walking bridge. Courtney’s sisters, nieces, and nephews hungout by the river with us while we took beautiful photos and weathered the summer heat.

After taking photos by the river, we headed to the Omni Hotel Library Bar. We grabbed some appetizers and drinks and took some badass photos that I am literally OBSESSED with. The vibes were immaculate to say the least. Don’t believe me? Take a look!

See?! I wasn’t lying when I said this summer engagement session was absolutely STUNNNNIIIIIING. Courtney and Brad were so easy to photograph, so classy, and just so much fun to hang out with.

I’m always HONORED to take photos of clients, but my favorite part is when clients become friends. Their wedding is coming up so soon, and I just cannot freaking wait to finish off my summer wedding season with these beautiful humans.
