Sydney and Evan’s winter wedding at the Olmsted in Louisville, Kentucky was absolutely stunning. From the gorgeous florals, to the romantic candlelit ceremony- this wedding day made winter in Kentucky look like a dream!

The day started at a gorgeous Airbnb in the suburbs of Louisville, where Sydney and her beautiful bridesmaids got ready for the day. The house was full of laughter, lots of absolute bops playing on the speaker, and the most STUNNING bride! Before heading to The Olmsted for the ceremony, Sydney shared a first look with her bridesmaids, her dad, and her handsome soon-to-be husband Evan!

Sydney and Evan were absolute TROOPERS for photos…you may not be able to tell from the images, but the wind was absolutely CRAZY. Getting married at the end of December, you can expect it to be cold. What we didn’t expect was a whole wind advisory! But nonetheless, this beautiful couple and their wedding party braved the wind (and some rain!) to take all their photos before the ceremony.

Afterwards, we headed to the Olmsted for family photos and some rest before their beautiful ceremony. Which, by the way, was absolutely stunning. Sydney and Evan read their own vows to one another, took communion together as their first act of marriage, and literally had us all in tears by the end of it all.

So get out your tissues, and take a look at this absolutely stunning day.

Sydney and Evan’s day at The Olmsted was absolutely gorgeous. Not only were the bride and groom absolutely stunning, but this venue truly did offer the most gorgeous setting for a classy, warm winter wedding.
